Shelly is a gem. We saw this when we bought our first home 10 years ago, and then again when we sold it and bought a new home recently. We were referred to Shelly in 2010 after having no luck for ~ 2yrs finding our first home. Within a few short weeks of connecting with Shelly, we had looked at many homes and zeroed in on the one we wanted. The most telling evidence: our home outsold comparable homes in the vicinity that sold during that period. 2. Shelly worked hard to get as much information about the purchase of our new home as she possibly could. We ended up winning our first bid with Shelly's guidance on what she believed the market would command. She knew we'd be happy with the home and the neighborhood. She alleviated our concerns on the home inspection by connecting us with providers with reasonable solutions, such as a window vendor that offered a great deal on potential energy saving solutions. 3. It's been about 5 months since our purchase and we've accomplished 95% of the punch list items in our new home. Shelly listened and made sure our top priority for repairs required were met with some of the best contacts in the business. We've connected with a superb plumber that has installed desired improvements into our new home. As it was originally built in 1951, there were some areas in the drain lines that needed replacement. You can't go wrong with Shelly as your navigator in the home buying and selling business.

Shelly helped my family find a wonderful home in the Bay Area (Mountain View) in spring 2011. We were relocating from Maryland, and very concerned about finding a house that fit our budget, was in move-in condition, and was in a neighborhood with good schools. Shelly was amazing. She carefully listened to our needs and recommended a large number of neighborhoods (and specific houses) that fit our wishes and constraints. Because we lived across the country, we only had a few opportunities to come search for our new home -- Shelly made it easy.
