Shelly is a Consummate Professional!! She is thorough in every detail. She assisted me in both buying and selling my home. I called her on Sunday to represent me; we won the bidding on Wednesday (I was not pre-approved), and I moved into my new home fourteen days later. No, I did not pay cash. When we sold, we listed it on a Thursday and selected the winning bid on Sunday. Call it a hot market; we're talking about a 940 sqft house. Shelly's ability to coordinate the business transactions in conjunction with her client, i.e., advertising, inspecting, appraising, funding, etc., is flawless. Her meticulous management style guides you through every aspect, right down to exactly how the house should be staged. Shelly's network is extensive, and she's extraordinarily responsive. Today, Shelly is my friend, and I've been to her house numerous times, but when I called her that Sunday afternoon, I certainly did not know her or that I was about to land a friend for life.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Shelly. She was our Realtor when we relocated from Southern California for my husband's job. It was her very difficult job to find us a home we could afford that came close to what we had in suburban Los Angeles. Shelly helped us scour the peninsula, from Pacifica all the way down to South San Jose. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and resourceful, she was PATIENT. Leveraging her team which included her husband Mike Sutton, they arranged and managed everything with multiple contractors who all did a the fantastic job getting the improvements completed on time and even close to budget. The staging, minimal upgrades, and maintenance she arranged resulted in a home that looked incredible. Many potential buyers commented that the house was the best they had seen that day and were amazed at how beautiful it turned out.

The end result was fantastic as we had roughly 10 offers and Shelly negotiated a price well over asking and well over our highest expectation. I could not be happier with the results.

Shelly is amazing. We have done one sale and two purchases with her help and she has been an outstanding representative. She really knows the market well. On the purchases, she knew the right price, helping us get the winning bids in a very highly competitive market without overpaying. On the sale, she worked super hard to get the house in the best selling condition, and it felt great being able to rely on her expertise.
She really took the burden off of our shoulders and set us up for success. Her network of connections is huge, which is a big advantage in buying or selling with her.
On our most recent purchase we decided to rent the house. She really went above and beyond to help us by advertising and showing the house to a number of prospective tenants until we found a good match. This made it so much easier for us since we didn't have a lot of extra time to show the house.
As great as our experiences with Shelly have been, they have been further enhanced through her partnership with her husband Mike, who is also an excellent agent who brings in expertise as a contractor. Together they are the perfect team.

Shelly is, by far, the best realtor we’ve ever met! She sold our house for us in record time, getting it completely painted and staged in less than 3 weeks. She also has great knowledge of the market, has a deep list of people who can help you make your home a dream, and even networks to find realtors in other areas to help you when you need it.
